Questions you may have
Do I have to pay any setup amount?＋
No setup fee. The Starter plan is ₹0 setup — you get a free sub-domain on my website (for example keerthi.websightindia.com). To go live you just pay the first month's ₹299 in advance, then ₹299/month after that. It is made for members who don't want to spend a big amount to start.
Do orders come to me or to you?＋
Straight to you. The WhatsApp order button on your store opens your own number — I never receive your orders or your customers' messages. Customers and money both stay with you.
Can I sell at MRP and give a discount? Do customers need an RCM ID?＋
Customers never need an RCM ID to buy — everyone sees and pays the printed MRP. Your dealer price (S.P / P.V) is never shown to customers; it stays private in your admin so you can see your margin. If you want to attract customers, you can add an optional discount on MRP (a small % off or a coupon) that you fully control and can stop any time. You choose at setup and change it whenever you like.
What is the difference between a sub-domain and my own domain?＋
The store, features and speed are exactly the same. A sub-domain looks like keerthi.websightindia.com and costs nothing to set up. Your own domain (like keerthi.in) is registered in your name and costs ₹5,000 one time — you can upgrade any time later and we move everything for you.
Do I need any technical knowledge?＋
No. You only share your photo and RCM ID number. We handle the domain, website, app, hosting and every update. You just share your one link in your WhatsApp groups and take the orders.
Is the domain name really mine?＋
Yes — it is registered in your own name or shop name, and the 1st year is included in the ₹5,000 setup. If you ever stop, the domain is yours to keep or take to another provider.
What happens when RCM changes prices or adds products?＋
We update your store automatically as part of monthly maintenance — you never edit anything unless you want to. Your prices always match the latest RCM catalogue.
Can I add or change products myself?＋
Yes, your store comes with a private admin panel. But it is optional — we handle the monthly product and price updates for you, so you don't have to.
Monthly or yearly — which should I pick?＋
Yearly (₹3,999) includes your domain renewal and costs less — one payment, no monthly reminders. Monthly (₹299) is fine if you prefer to start small. Both include hosting, updates and support.
What if I want to stop later?＋
Your store stays live for the period you have already paid for. Your domain is yours to keep or move elsewhere — nothing is locked.
How do I actually get orders from the store?＋
The website alone doesn't bring buyers — you share your one link in your RCM WhatsApp groups and status 2–3 times a week. Members who see it click, browse, and the order button opens your WhatsApp. The store makes ordering easy; sharing brings the enquiries.
